Tricia TURNER

Restaurant Manager

With a career rooted in hospitality and a passion for excellence, my journey to becoming the Manager and Sommelier at Ms. Jane’s fine dining and wine bar has been one of continuous growth and dedication.

I obtained my mixology license when I was twenty-two and began honing my craft in 2009, When I was 23, at BJs Bingo & Gaming, where I worked in various roles, including bartender, server, tobacconist, and specialist in hosting parties and large gatherings.

My tenure at Smokey Joes from 2009 to late 2022 provided invaluable experience and opportunities for growth. In early 2022, I played a pivotal role in creating and developing a comprehensive training and development program for BJs Bingo & Gaming, focusing on leadership, management, and food and beverage management.

My experiences and passion for hospitality led me to pursue certification from the ISG Sommelier’s International Guide, further enhancing my expertise in wine knowledge and service. Inspired by my journey and eager to lead, I am thrilled to join Ms. Jane’s team, where I look forward to creating exceptional experiences for our guests and leading a talented team to new heights of success.
